Create a life and career that feels like coming home

Where ADHD and autistic minds explore career paths that embrace meaning, ease and authentic self expression

Ready for a more joyful working life?

Finding a career that feels right for you isn't always straightforward for autistic or ADHD minds.

Maybe you've experienced workplaces that don’t honour your strengths—where rigid structures, overwhelming sensory environments, and fast-paced demands create barriers instead of opportunities. And that's if you've been able to navigate an interview process that only values how well you can talk about what you can do, rather than what you can actually do.

Or maybe the work you're doing leaves you feeling flat, unmotivated and understimulated so you might find yourself switching jobs often or being unsure about what you want to do.

But what would it mean to find work that felt as comfortable and empowering as it is purposeful?

Meaningful work shouldn't mean that you compromise who you are. I'd love to support you create a career path, and life, that works with your natural rhythms, values, and talents, helping you find more joy at work.

You're in the right place if...

You know you want change but you're not sure what that looks like. Maybe you feel like you're in the wrong job or you don't have enough time for joyful things in your life.

I work with clients on a whole range of work related things and when you understand things through your ADHD/AuDHD lens, it can help in so many other areas of your life too.

We might work on things like:

  • Understanding your ADHD/AuDHD and asking for what you need at work

  • Identifying your strengths and interests to better align with your work

  • Changing roles or moving industries

  • Considering different career paths

  • Communicating at work

  • Strategies to help with things like planning, time management and organisation

  • Support with practical things like writing CV's or practising interviews

And if you're not sure exactly where to start? Don't worry, that's all part of our process.

Hi, I'm Allie (she/her)

I'm an ICF-trained coach, HR consultant, writer, dog mum to an adorable miniature schnauzer and late-diagnosed AuDHDer.

I support ADHD/AuDHDers who are looking to make big or small changes in their working lives. â€‹â€‹

Coaching with me is a team effort, starting from where you are and creating space for you to explore what's important to you.

Having navigated the working world as an undiagnosed AuDHDer, I understand how it feels to feel lost, to be looking for answers and to want things to be easier. I'd love to help you find more ease and be more you, at work and at home.
