ADHD coaching that meets you where you are

Have you spent your career feeling overwhelmed, struggling to manage tasks in a way that makes sense to you, or constantly pushing yourself to focus in environments that don't work for you?

Maybe you find yourself starting project after project, filled with exciting ideas but find it difficult to maintain the momentum to get them across the finish line.

You might find yourself masking - hiding your authentic thoughts and behaviours to fit in - only to feel isolated, drained and like you're always on the outside looking in.

You're not alone, I've been there too.

Working together, we can explore what's important to you, help you tap into your strengths and interests and create a path that makes sense for you.

How can ADHD coaching help?

Coaching is an amazing way to discover more about how your ADHD brain works, bring awareness to your needs and start to create a life that works for you. Everyone will have their own individual experience, but coaching could help you to:

Understand how your brain works and how you work best by identifying your interests, your strengths and what motivates you in the best way.

Identify your needs and set boundaries to better manage your energy and do more of the things you love.

Create strategies to navigate work and life more smoothly around things like organisation, time management, making decisions and getting things done.

Advocate for yourself so that you can communicate your needs at work and get those needs met.

Manage your emotions and learn ways to support yourself and honour your self-care needs.

Reduce feelings of shame or guilt by embracing more self-acceptance and kindness towards yourself.

Increase your confidence and lean into your strengths.

Work with your brain to create a career and a life you love and deserve.

Working with me

Choosing me as your ADHD coach means embracing a partnership rooted in kindness and curiosity. I believe in meeting you where you are, understanding your journey, and supporting you with genuine empathy.

Together, we'll explore what's important to you through your ADHD/AuDHD lens and embrace your strengths. We'll get curious in a safe space where you can explore, learn and grow.

The foundations of coaching with me start with understanding your executive functions, developing self compassion and embracing your strengths. I believe that if you start here, everything else falls into place much more easily.

Through our coaching sessions, you'll not only gain the practical tools and strategies to help you reach the goals you want for your working life, but we'll also do the deeper work to embrace your understanding of yourself and help you to be more you.

Coaching has helped some of my recent clients to...

  • Understand and advocate for their needs throughout an interview process

  • Make decisions at work with more clarity

  • Reduce feelings of shame around productivity and find strategies that work in a better way for them

  • Create a new career path in line with their skills, values and needs

  • Experiment with a flexible routine to reduce feelings of overwhelm

Let's work together

Coaching should fit your needs, which is why I offer a fully flexible, monthly option - so you get the right level of support for as long (or as little) as you need.

Choose from online video or text based coaching in line with how you prefer to communicate.

Flexible, ongoing support - tailored to you

Personalised support tailored completely to your needs

2 x 60 minute sessions per month (one every two weeks)

Online video call, telephone call or typed coaching options available

Tailored toolkit and resources to help put your ideas into action

Email check ins between sessions for ongoing support and accountability

There's no rigid frameworks here, just practical, personalised coaching designed to work with you. Whether you're looking for career clarity, workplace strategies or just to understand yourself better, I'm here to support you at your pace.

Your investment
£250 per month

This isn't a one-size-fits-all coaching package, you're investing in gentle, personalised support that works for you. With two coaching sessions per month, tailored resources and check-ins between sessions, you'll have the structure and flexibility to make progress without the pressure of long term commitments. Whether you stay for a few months or longer, you're in control and you can pause or cancel any time.

This is support when you need it, for as long as it serves you

Solidarity sessions

I want to make my coaching practice as accessible as I can so I'm pleased to offer solidarity sessions at a discounted rate for those on lower incomes or where the standard cost would cause significant financial hardship. The solidarity rate is discounted at 50% so it's £125 per month for two 60 minute sessions plus resources and email check ins between sessions.

You can choose this option when you enquire, and I won't ever ask for evidence or justification. I just ask that you only take this option if you genuinely need it so that I'm able to offer these spaces as generously as I'm able to.

  • Is coaching right for me?
If you're ADHD/AuDHD (diagnosed, self identified or just exploring all welcome) and looking for gentle, supportive coaching to help you better understand yourself, identify your unique strengths and find a more easeful way to navigate your career and life, coaching could be a great fit. Fill in the enquiry form to start the process and to talk through the best options for you and if it's not the right fit, I'll be happy to recommend alternatives for you.
  • What do the sessions look like?
For 1:1 coaching sessions, we'll choose together how to start our session. This might include checking in on wins or noticings from the last session, or a mindful check in to help with focus. We'll then decide together what you'd like to focus on and where you'd like to start. I'll ask questions designed to gently challenge you to explore your chosen topic. With your consent, I'll share any relevant tools or strategies to support you. We'll navigate the session depending on what you're looking for in that space. Sessions might include worksheets, exercises or toolkit resources that are relevant, other sessions might be to help process something you're stuck on and might be more conversational - whatever works best for you. We'll end the session by confirming any actions or experiments that you'd like to explore going forward and check in on how you're feeling.
  • When are sessions available?
I currently offer coaching on Tuesday and Thursday between 10:00am - 4:00pm (BST). I can occasionally work outside those hours for shorter term packages so if these times don't work, please do get in touch and we can try to find an alternative that works.
  • Is ADHD coaching like therapy?
No, coaching and therapy are different. Coaching is a collaborative process where you work with a coach to create goals to help you move forward, where you focus on growth and development in line with your purpose and values. Therapy is the process of understanding your past experiences and how this might be impacting your present. You may want to consider therapy alongside coaching as they can both be very helpful in different ways. If you're looking at both options, I would recommend starting with therapy and then moving on to coaching when you're ready.
  • Do you accept Access to Work clients?
Absolutely! Let me know what you have been awarded and I'll do my best to work with you to match it.
  • Do you offer accessible options?
I always want to make my practice as accessible as possible. Camera off calls, transcription, captions and more are all available. If online video coaching isn't right for you, I also offer text based coaching via Voxer.
  • How does typed coaching work?
We both log in to a secure, private chat on Voxer and the session runs in the same way, 60 minutes of text based typing instead of talking. This can be helpful if you prefer to communicate or process in written format or if video/speaking calls use up a lot of your energy or are not accessible to you.
  • How do I book coaching with you?
Start by filling in the enquiry form here. I'll be in touch within 2 - 3 working days and we can either book an introductory call or have an introductory text based chat. The intro chat is an opportunity to get to know each other and ask any questions that you have about coaching to make sure that it's right for you. If you're happy to go ahead, we'll agree a start date/time and the right options for you. I'll send you our coaching agreement and a short onboarding form along with the links for our sessions.
  • I've got a different question
If you have a different question that I haven't covered, please feel free to reach out and email me at allie@alliewarren.co.uk and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
