How would it feel to have HR processes that not only run smoothly but also reflect the values of your organisation? I help charities and non-profits build supportive, inclusive workplaces where employees feel valued, cared for, and able to do their best work.
Neurodivergent individuals bring unique perspectives, creativity and problem solving skills that can significantly enhance your charity's mission delivery. Often though, traditional HR approaches fail to recognise and support different ways of thinking which can lead to higher levels of turnover, burnout and missed opportunities.
With over a decade of experience in HR and a focus on wellbeing and inclusion, I work across the full employee life cycle, from attraction and recruitment to onboarding, development, retention, and exit. Whether you need help shaping policies, reviewing processes, or delivering specific HR projects, I bring practical, people-focused support tailored to your organisation.
I specialise in partnering with charities, social iniatives and value-led organisations including:
Neurodiversity recruitment & onboarding
Policy development & review
Employee relations & conflict resolution
As part of my consultancy, I've brought together everything I've learned from over a decade in HR, my work coaching teams and my own neurodivergent lived experience to create something I'm really proud to share – a framework that helps teams work together more easily.
It's built on what I've seen actually work in real organisations. after seeing so many companies struggle with inclusion initatives that don't stick, I knew that this needed to be something much more practical that genuinely addresses the gap between inclusion awareness and acceptance in the workplace.
I offer a signature half day workshop for organisations that are ready to go beyond the basics and build cultures that see and value everyone.
We won't get lost in technical jargon about different neurotypes, but we will focus on what actually matters which is creating workplaces where people feel valued for who they are and can do their best work.
Here's what we'll cover:
I also offer tailored sessions and consulting on specific neurodiversity topics including:
Training is tailored to your industry and can be delivered as half-day workshops, full-day sessions, or consultancy packages to suit your needs and budget.

I contacted Allie after she was recommended to me to help with some HR policy work.
Allie was very friendly and professional during our first meeting and helped me refine the work plan I had in mind, providing valuable professional advice on recent HR policy changes and scenarios I had not thought about.
Her work was performed to a very high standard and delivered within the agreed timelines. I've been able to implement the output of her work within our organisation and will definitely consult with her in the future.
Would definitely recommend based on my interactions.

Allie provided an outstanding level of support and expertise throughout our engagement and her knowledge of HR best practice and employment matters was evident at every stage.
Allie's contribution strengthened our HR capability, improved confidence across the charity and the impact of her work is evident in both improved outcomes and enhanced ways of working.
Allie was always responsive, reliable and proactive, making the process straightforward and reassuring. Her communication was honest, polite, professional and always friendly, warm and transparent.
We would highly recommend Allie's services and look forward to working with her again. A very big heartfelt and sincere thank you.

A really enjoyable and engaging workshop that was delivered well and at just the right pace.
It helped with validation and was a brilliant starting point for looking at strategies that can help with challenges at work. I'm at the beginning of exploring my own neurodivergence and this session felt like it helped to unlock some of the things I've been wondering about.
I really liked the educational elements that shared different models and different tools that I could use to explore my needs.
I feel lighter after this workshop and ready to explore more about how I can work in a better way for me.
