ADHD Coaching

Choosing me as your coach means embracing a partnership rooted in compassion and curiosity. I believe in meeting you where you are, understanding your journey, and supporting you with genuine empathy.

Together, we'll explore your ADHD and unearth the unique strengths that lie within. We'll get curious in a safe space where you can explore, learn and grow.

Through our coaching sessions, you'll not only gain practical tools and strategies but also develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your strengths and discover how to thrive, not just survive.

ADHD coaching is tailored to you and blends coaching and learning to help you unlock your potential, overcome obstacles, and support you to work with your ADHD rather than against it.

It's important to choose the right coach for you so feel free to book a discovery call to chat about how we could work together.

Why ADHD coaching?

Before ADHD coaching, I had spent nearly four decades with no understanding of how my brain worked or why I found things difficult that other people seemed to find easy.
Everyone will have their own  individual experience, but coaching could help you to:

Navigate life more smoothly

Increase your

confidence

Identify your needs

Set clear boundaries

Work with your ADHD

Manage your emotions

Communicate effectively

Create a life you love

Talking through my neurodiversity session with Allie I was immediately relieved and inspired by her session. Since my diagnosis I realised I never actually had a session to talk through what this actually meant and furthermore, how to find strength in it.

Allie gave me so many options I’d never have known which really was needed and also talked through my own work processes and outlook to decide on the best steps forward.

If you are looking for a lovely, warm and inspiring neurodiversity coach then I couldn’t recommend her services more!
