Neurodiversity training for teams to create inclusive workplaces

How can I support you?

How would it feel to create an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and ready to do their best work? Workplaces are stronger when they embrace neurodiversity, where we can create spaces where different ways of thinking can shine.

As a HR consultant and neurodiversity trainer, I help teams tap into the unique strengths of neurodivergent employees by offering practical training, personalised strategies, and a fresh perspective on inclusion.

My signature neurodiversity training programme takes a whole-journey approach to supporting neurodivergent employees, focusing on the unique needs and opportunities at every stage of the employee life cycle - from attraction and recruitment to onboarding, development, retention, and exit. This programme is designed to help your organisation build environments where neurodivergent people not only thrive, but feel safe, supported, and empowered to contribute their best work.

I also offer general consulting and training to help you build a truly inclusive workplace for neurodivergent individuals, including:

  • Workplace coaching for individuals and line managers

  • Introductory ADHD & autism awareness sessions

  • Development of inclusive workplace policies

  • Inclusive recruitment practices

  • Identifying workplace accommodations

  • Creating inclusive communications

  • Inclusive performance management

  • Neurodiversity and wellbeing at work

Neurodiversity at Work: Inclusion & wellbeing across the employee life cycle

Inclusion isn’t a one-off initiative - it’s something we need to weave into the everyday. For neurodivergent people, workplaces are often full of unspoken expectations, hidden barriers, and moments of disconnect that many don’t even realise are there. That’s why true inclusion means going beyond awareness training or recruitment drives.

Neurodivergent employees often face unique challenges and opportunities at every stage of their working life - from applying for a role to navigating change and transition. This programme takes a life cycle approach to inclusion, where we explore what neurodivergent people really need to feel safe, supported and able to truly be themselves at work.

Here's how it works:

  • Choose from a series of carefully designed sessions, each focused on a different stage of the employee journey.

  • Each topic is available as a:

    • Talk (great for wider awareness and team learning)

    • Workshop (for more interactive, practical exploration)

    • Coaching/Consulting (for teams or leaders ready to dive deeper)

  • Sessions can be booked:

    • Individually

    • As a short series

    • Or as part of a 6 or 12-month programme tailored to your organisation

  • Example costs:

    • Single session £750 (talk) or £1,250 (workshop)

    • 6 part series £3,600 (talk option) or £6,000 (workshop option)
