As a HR professional of more than a decade, I know how important it is to ensure that an inclusive culture and team wellbeing is embedded into your organisation.

Around 1 in 5 of us are neurodivergent and it's thought that up to 50% of those don't yet know that they are. We know that one-size fits-all doesn't really work and navigating the workplace if the environment isn't set up to support you can be really hard. It's more important than ever to promote neuroinclusive workplaces and I'd love to help you. 

By tweaking our environment and making it more inclusive for all kinds of brains, we can create a space where everyone can thrive.​​

What's it all about?

Come and explore neurodiversity with me! This workshop aims to help us understand and support each other better, so everyone can be themselves and succeed in an organisation that values diversity. In groups of up to 10, we'll explore neurodiversity in a safe, supportive environment. The session will blend learning and activities with smaller breakout sessions.
